Due to current CoVID social distancing requirements, access to hotel pools at all SKYE Suites properties will require bookings. This can be arranged with reception upon check-in.


Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s accommodation. Excluding any prepaid non-refundable rates or New Years Eve reservations (incorporating 30 December 2021, 31 December 2021 and 01 January 2022) which will incur the full charge if cancelled or modified. The credit card used to prepay the accommodation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee at the time of booking. Full prepayment of accommodation is required at time of check in and any credit card used to prepay the accommodation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

Check-in time 3pm, Check-out time 11am. SKYE Suites are “cash free” hotels, meaning we do not accept settlements or deposits via Cash, EFTPOS or Union Pay. A 1.5% processing fee will be levied on accounts settled by credit card. The fee is levied on the total invoice account. For all reservations a refundable bond of up to AUD$250.00 may be required upon arrival. This covers any damage that may occur to the suite/s during the occupied dates. SKYE Suites are completely non-smoking and charges may be applied for any additional cleaning required due to a guest(s) smoking in a suite. Guest actions that result in triggering a fire alarm will result in a fine of up to $2000 to cover the cost of the call out fee imposed by Fire & Rescue NSW. This includes but is not limited to smoking in guest rooms, excessive use of powders, sprays or aerosol products outside the bathroom. The covering, tampering or removal of smoke detectors is extremely hazardous to the safety of our guests and will be treated severely and will result in an additional fine of up to $5000 as well as eviction from the property without recompense. An inspection of all suites will be conducted by hotel management after each guest departs to determine if there is any damage. Excessive cleaning charges may also be taken out of the bond if deemed necessary by hotel management. The bond refund will be processed 5-7 working days from the final guests departs and any outstanding amounts owing are paid in full. Valet parking is available at all SKYE Suites and charges apply.
