Skye Suites Instagram #SNAPPEDATSKYE Competition Giveaway

1. The promoter is Crown Group Holdings Pty Ltd, whose registered office is at Level 29, 1 Market Street Sydney, NSW 2000.
2. The competition is open to guests staying at Skye Suites Green Square during the dates stated below. Excluding employees of Crown Group Holdings Pty Ltd, their relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the promoter including suppliers and contractors.
3. The prize for this competition is a 1-night stay in a Studio Suite at Skye Suites Hotel Green Square. The prize is valid until Tuesday 30^th November 2021 (6 months).
   1. The prize is as stated above, it does not include any flights and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. This competition will run from Tuesday 6^th April – 11.59pm on Monday 31^st May 2021. Entries submitted outside of this will not be accepted as part of the competition.
6. Entry into this competition is via Instagram only and requires the below;
   1. Guests will have to like, comment their favourite moment at SKYE Suites, and share their favourite photo memory with the hashtag #snappedatSKYE.
7. Participants can enter multiple times during the campaign period.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
10. Winners will be judged on creativity, clarity and originality of their image. With the selected winner to be chosen by the promoters employee/s.
11. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram with specific details of how to claim their prize, within 7 days of the closing date mentioned above.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
